Blue Pacific Flavors came to DisplayWorks in 2013 looking for a solution for their exhibit at the Institute of Food Technologies annual conference in Chicago, IL. They had a design for their exhibit but needed someone to build it and to manage their trade show program. The concept for the exhibit was that of a farmhouse or barn on a California fruit farm. This atmosphere lends itself to their already established branding as a company who produces 100% natural flavoring for drinks with no synthetic ingredients added.
The final custom exhibit is configured as a 20’ x 20’ for the IFT show and is reduced to a 10’ x 20’ for the Natural Products Expo West and the World Tea Expo/Healthy Beverage Expo.
The attention to detail and DIY style that was put into this booth are what sets it apart from other exhibits at the shows they attend. The whole exhibit was fabricated from reclaimed wood and it was all hand painted. The backdrop is a mural of a California-style farmhouse and field and was completely hand painted. The exhibit is accented with antique industrial equipment and other classic farm-type iconography that were specifically sourced for this exhibit as well as farmer’s baskets full of fresh fruit.
Samples of juices and ice cream that contain Blue Pacific’s natural flavors are handed out at the exhibit. The atmosphere is very warm and comforting with a low-tech feel. There is a digital monitor on one wall that displays information about Blue Pacific Flavor’s products and it is wrapped in reclaimed wood that helps it blend into the exhibit in a way that gives off a natural and organic feel.
With a well-established nation-wide network of state-of-the-art fabrication and storage facilities and long standing partnerships with some of the best transportation companies in America, DisplayWorks was able to provide the most cost-effective solution to Blue Pacific Flavor’s exhibit needs while still providing the kind of hands on service that allows the client to relax knowing that they are valued and will be taken care of.
