Origio, a CooperSurgical Company, launched a new booth design to show the seven stages of In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) at ASRM 2014 in Honolulu, Hawaii. With the help of the DisplayWorks team, Origio was able to bring their theme of “Circle of Life” to a reality.
Origio wanted to display the seven stages of IVF within a 30 x 40 space within an island configuration. The exhibit was a mixture of rental and custom features. Origio’s typical exhibit space size is 40’ x 50’, by renting features they were able to be cost effective and keep the custom pieces to use at other shows. The DisplayWorks team faced the problems of creating an exhibit that was light weight and did not need a large amount of equipment for setup. The DisplayWorks graphic team, was given the task to make each stage understandable to the customer. With their endless research, they were able to bring exactly what Origio wanted to their exhibit. Catherine Gray Lynn, a former employee of Origio said, “Your team was exemplary – I can’t say enough good things”.
With the countless hours of work done, Origio was left with a beautiful exhibit. The customers were able to walk through the circular booth to examine the scientific equipment that was displayed and learn about IVF.
