Smith & Nephew, headquartered in the U.K., is one of the fastest growing medical brands in the world. Our Cincinnati team worked with all three major U.S. divisions of the company — Orthopaedics, Endoscopy and Wound Management — to create an exciting, unified presence in their 22,000 sq foot exhibit at AAOS in San Diego.

The sprawling two-story exhibit gave Smith & Nephew the ideal environment to engage and educate their audience. Making extensive use of AV and interactive technology the booth came alive from its towering 40'x40' JumboTron down to personalized touch screens and virtual product demonstrations spaced throughout the floor.

Smith & Nephew draws large crowds at the busy show and the exhibit is well structured to manage high traffic flow while accommodating visitors in anywhere from a large capacity open theater, to twelve well-appointed conference rooms and a fully functioning business center.
This year we unveiled a new double deck structure. The structure provided more and improved private meeting spaces. To maximize visibility on the show floor, large towering fabric graphics were added to the back and sides of the upper deck that could be seen throughout the convention center.

The exhibit sets the tone for a truly sales conducive environment. This year we completely reconfigured the product demo areas to maximize their impact while taking advantage of interactive displays and the latest graphic presentations. Working closely with product managers we strive to ensure each space speaks clearly and quickly conveys critical product information in a manner that is meaningful to their prospects.

Months of planning go into the project each year and coordinating the unique needs of each division is critical to the program's success. Our Cincinnati team is centrally located to our client's division headquarters in Memphis, Boston and St. Petersburg which helps smooth the planning process and allows for critical face time when needed.
